Hey, I am Tufail From Twinkle , the founder of Twinkle. My journey began in 2017, at just 20 years old, with little knowledge of the world and the business landscape. I started with reselling, dedicating a year to hard work, which led me to become a supplier. Initially, I sold products from others, but soon after, I began hiring resellers for my own products. However, our journey wasn’t smooth; my team and I faced challenges like the NRC, which severely impacted our business due to network disruptions. 

With limited capital, I pivoted and opened a retail store named *Golden Bird* in Lucknow, specializing in men's clothing. The store was well-received, and I found immense joy in running it. But shortly after, the outbreak of COVID-19 posed another significant challenge, nearly wiping out my retail business. During the pandemic, I even continued paying rent for the store, supporting the landlord who was struggling financially, despite my own dire circumstances.

After reopening my store, I was met with the harsh reality of the damage done, but I refused to give up. Although my online business capital was entirely depleted and our stock was dead, I made a fresh start. Eventually, our store's lease ended, forcing us to shift locations, which came with further losses. Despite these setbacks, I managed to open another store in Lucknow, keeping our brand alive. 

As the business grew, so did the challenges, but I persisted. After stabilizing both stores, I set up a clothing manufacturing factory, which brought us to 2024, where we proudly stand as a kids' clothing online store.

Our journey has been tough, marked by numerous hardships, but we faced them with courage, bolstered by your trust and support. We promise never to break that trust. 

What makes Twinkle unique is our team—composed not of professionals, but of individuals who were once jobless. We’ve made them our partners, giving them a chance at a better future. Thank you for being part of our story.
